1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vowlee platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Vowlee is a digital platform that allows users to create, customize, and share digital wedding invitations. The Service includes an invitation builder, guest management dashboard, RSVP tracking, budget planning tools, and hosting of published invitations.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (photos, text, videos). By uploading content, you grant Vowlee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all content you upload and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5. Payment & Pricing

• Vowlee operates on a one-time payment model. There are no recurring subscriptions.
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and include all features listed on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the invitation has not been published or shared.

6. Service Availability

Published invitations are hosted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the invitation may be taken offline unless the hosting period is extended.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service or its content.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All template designs, animations, code, branding, and visual assets are the intellectual property of Vowlee. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials outside of the intended use within the platform.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Guest information submitted through RSVP forms is accessible only to the invitation creator and is not shared with third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vowlee is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vowlee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to user content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your published invitations will be taken offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
